We hold a licensed dealership and have direct access to wholesale auto auctions — the same source dealers use to stock their lots. You tell us what you want, we find it, and you pay a fraction of what a dealership would charge.
The process — step by step

Submit your inquiry
Tell us the make, model, trim, colors, and your timeline. We’ll reach back out within 24 hours to confirm the details and agree on a maximum bid price before anything moves forward.

Agree on a price & place your deposit
Once we align on a maximum bid, you transfer 100% of the agreed max bid amount as a fully secured deposit before we bid. We sign a written agreement outlining the vehicle, bid ceiling, and refund terms. We share all available auction condition reports so you know exactly what we’re bidding on.

Auction day — we bid for you
We bid up to your agreed maximum. We will never go over your ceiling without contacting you first. If we win, we notify you immediately. If the car sells above your max, your deposit is fully refunded — no questions asked.
You set the ceiling. We never exceed it.

Win confirmed — we purchase on your behalf
When we win, we use your deposited funds to purchase the vehicle at the auction price. Our $999 service fee and applicable California sales tax are due upon winning. If the winning bid comes in below your agreed maximum, we refund the difference immediately. If we do not win, your full deposit is refunded within 48 hours.

We pick it up — you collect it
We retrieve the vehicle from the auction and coordinate a pickup location for you. Bring a valid ID and collect your car. Title and transfer documentation are handled as part of the process.

Deposit & cancellation policy
⚠️ Important — please read before proceeding
Once we win a bid at auction, the purchase is binding — auctions do not accept cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable once we have won the bid on your behalf. If the winning bid is lower than your agreed maximum, we refund the difference within 48 hours. If we do not win the bid, your full deposit is refunded within 48 hours — no questions asked. We strongly encourage you to be fully committed before signing the agreement and placing your deposit. If you have any hesitation, please let us know before auction day — we are happy to wait until you’re ready.
